If you’re a CITB-registered employer, the Employer Networks offer a fantastic opportunity to access the training your business needs while receiving funding support. Whether you’re looking to up skill a few team members or train your entire workforce, these networks make it simple and efficient.
To ensure you’re working with Soft Sell Training and accessing the training you need, be sure to request us directly when you contact your local Employer Network. Our team is ready to provide the industry-leading training you need, with a wide range of courses eligible for CITB funding.

It’s free to join the Employer Network, if you’re a levy-registered employer, you can contact your local CITB Advisor to join, or contact Soft Sell Training and we can support you through this.
Information on the CITB Employer Network
Employer Networks is the newest initiative set up and funded by CITB aiming to simplify the way you get the support and funding you need to access the training you want. The training can be in anything that supports construction employers. These could be the trade skills you need right now or something you’ll need in the future. Any training booked through the Employer Network is 70% funded by CITB! You just need to pay the remaining 30% of the course directly to the training provider.
You can apply for Employer Networks funding, if you are a CITB-registered employer and up to date with Levy return.
Don’t worry if you’re NOT a CITB registered Employer and/or not knowledgeable about the CITB Levy, it is easy to register – and dependent upon the size of your business, you may be exempt from Levy payments, or be eligible for a 50% reduction.
