This construction-based programme is funded by South Ribble Borough Council through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and aims to help 16–24-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) gain the skills and qualifications needed to access work in the construction industry.

Programme Overview
- Core qualification: EUSR SHEA (CSCS affiliated) – leading to a minimum of a Green CSCS Labourer Card for all learners.
- Additional training: Level 1 BTEC Certificate in Construction, plus hands-on carpentry, painting, brickwork, employability training and Health & Safety Awareness.
- Real site experience: 8 days on-site with local construction teams.
- Progression routes: Pathways into apprenticeships or employment, either opportunity with the employers they are working with.

- Week 1 – 3 days in the classroom (skills & safety).
- Week 2 – 8 days on-site.

- Aged 16–24.
- Living within the South Ribble boundary.
- Currently NEET.

What are the payment options?
There are two payment options for our courses:
- You can pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the course.
- You can spread the cost of the course over 3 instalments.

Yes, all our courses are accredited and you will receive a certificate upon completion.
